Frank has a degree in town and regional planning and is a Fellow of the Planning Institute of Australia with 30 years experience in the profession.
DPS offers services across all aspects of planning; residential and commercial development, high density residential and tourism development, industrial planning, agriculture and representation to Planning Panels Victoria.
Frank is a Sessional Member on the Planning and Environment List of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (VCAT).*
Frank also has qualifications and experience in viticulture, and is able to provide advice in relation to the recognition of viticultural areas in local planning schemes on behalf of producers or viticulture and wine making industry organisations.
Our office is in Avenel (Central Victoria), DPS can offer planning services throughout Victoria and southern NSW. Our company is familiar with both the Victorian and NSW planning systems.
